Manor House

A MULTIGENERATIONAL HOME WHERE MATERIAL RICHNESS MEETS THE ART OF TOGETHERNESS.

Home to three generations of a close-knit family, Manor celebrates togetherness through plush materiality, contiguous spaces, and an understated sense of luxury. Conceived around the individual needs of its inhabitants and their shared love for hosting, the residence moves effortlessly between communal generosity and private retreat. Its narrative extends beyond the main home into an outhouse, transforming the larger property into a layered environment for living, gathering, and unwinding.

CONCEPT & EXECUTION

Materiality takes centre stage through an interplay of natural stone, monochromes, colour, and crafted details. A sculptural Statuario marble staircase anchors the double-height volume, while lofty fenestrations draw daylight and greenery deep into the interiors. Bold yet considered hues animate the drawing room, while bedrooms and bathrooms adopt a quieter language of tactile surfaces, pattern, and locally available stone. Extending this sensibility outdoors, the outhouse introduces a rawer architectural expression through intersecting concrete volumes framing a pool, deck, guest suite, and entertainment lounge.

PLAYING HOST IN STYLE

Communal spaces form the social heart of Manor, balancing intimacy with the generosity required for larger gatherings.

A KEEN PENCHANT FOR DETAILS

From the marble staircase and upcycled stone bench to curated lighting, art, and furniture, details lend the home its distinct character.

THE INSIDE OUTSIDE TETHER

Expansive openings establish a constant visual dialogue with the surrounding greenery, allowing light and landscape to become part of everyday living.

BEYOND THE THRESHOLDS

The outhouse takes living beyond the primary residence. Raw concrete, mosaic flooring, playful colour, water, and greenery create a relaxed counterpoint to Manor while continuing its spirit of hospitality.

SANCTUARIES OF SOLITUDE

Private bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms offer moments of calm, balancing the home's sociability with tactile, intimate spaces for retreat.

I told MuseLAB that I wanted to feel like I am on vacation every single day - and they truly delivered.
